Specialized Workshops in Skill-Based and Craft Volunteering with the Participation of Jeddah International College
The Skill-Based Volunteering Exhibition was organized by the National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector, in collaboration with Al-Faisalya Women Welfare Society in Jeddah, with the participation of several craft associations. The event aimed to support and empower skill-based and craft volunteering within the community.
Jeddah International College participated in the event through the organization and delivery of specialized workshops that addressed key concepts of skill-based volunteering, the impact of handicrafts on community empowerment, and the role of knowledge and skills in achieving social impact. The workshops were delivered by a distinguished group of specialists.
This participation reflects the College’s ongoing efforts to strengthen community partnerships, promote a culture of skill-based volunteering, and empower individuals to utilize their skills in serving the community, contributing to sustainable development and reinforcing social responsibility.
