Human Resources Management (HRM) is the process of managing an organization’s workforce, or human resources. It includes the recruitment, selection, training, evaluation, and compensation of employees, as well as the monitoring of the company’s leadership and organizational culture and compliance with labor laws.

In short, human resource management is the optimal utilization of the human element in the organization and aims to take care of employees, help them realize their potential, acquire the values and skills required in the workplace, and continue their social, cultural, and scientific activities.
