What specialisations do you have?

Currently, we have a master’s degree in business administration in Arabic or English, and soon we will have other specialisations.

Is the program academic or executive (professional)?

It is an executive program for personal and professional development and to provide access to career advancement.

Can I complete my PhD after the executive MBA program?

Yes, you can in some universities outside the Kingdom, but government universities require that the master’s degree is academic, not executive

Can I be accepted if my grade at the bachelor’s level is (Good)?

Yes, you can be accepted, as the Graduate Studies Department Council in the college may accept those with a “Good” grade.

(Requires obtaining a decision with the approval of our Graduate Studies Department in the college).

Can I be accepted if my grade at the bachelor’s level is (Acceptable)?

We apologise that we cannot accept or give an exception to those with an “Acceptable” grade at present.

Please leave your full name, GPA, and grade, and we will contact you in the future in the event of any changes in the admission policy for the master’s programs.

What are the study dates for master’s programs, and is it in-person or remote?

• Thursday: from 5 pm to 9 pm online (remotely)

• Friday: from 2 pm to 6 pm in-person

• Saturday: from 10 am to 4 pm in-person

How is the study system at Jeddah International College?

The study is based on the system of consecutive courses

One course lasts for six weeks as follows:

The first week: There are lectures (Thursday remotely, Friday and Saturday in-person)

Second week: off

The third week: there are lectures (Thursday remotely, Friday and Saturday in-person) + (midterm exam on Saturday)

The Fourth week: off

The fifth week: There are lectures (Thursday remotely, Friday and Saturday in attendance)

Week Six: Final Exam (Saturday only)

Is the master’s degree in English different from the program in Arabic?

It does not differ nor indicate in which language it was taught.

How long is the MBA program?

• To graduate, it takes 36 hours to finish (12) courses

• The study duration is two years, with (4) semesters.

Can I study for a master’s degree when my bachelor’s degree is not in business administration?

Students who hold a bachelor’s degree in majors other than business administration and engineering are required to study and pass 3 pre-master courses before starting the MBA courses, and the pre-master courses are not counted within the academic hours or GPA

What are the preparatory or pre-master courses:

Management – Economics – Accounting

The fee for each course is SAR 4,500, and the cost for all three items is SAR 13,500

These courses are not counted in the academic hours or GPA.

How do I contact the English Language Department to take the placement test?

The test is available without prior reservation on Thursdays from 9:30 am to 12:00 noon. Inquiries can be made by calling the unified number or transferring it to No. 1360 or 1368. The test fee is 100 riyals, and the student has two attempts.

What are the MBA fees, and is there an instalment plan?

SAR 1000 registration fee (non-refundable).

SAR 2,300 per credit hour

SAR 6,900 per course

Total fees for 12 Courses: SAR 82,800

* Tax applies to non-citizens

* The payment system is per course, not per semester, where fees are paid before studying each course, and each semester contains 3 courses

Is it possible to enrol in a master’s program if the bachelor’s degree is military?

No, it is not possible.

Is it possible to register at any time during the year for the master’s students?

No, registration will only be twice per semester, and it is not possible to apply in the summer.
